Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and outreach.
  • Develop new clientele through appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling to enhance transaction value and improve KPIs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profile records are routinely updated.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
  • Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring merchandise presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while fostering a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards.

Skills

Sales proficiency and clienteling expertise. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain a polished and professional demeanor. Capability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor and perform tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting packages.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury or high-end fashion environment.
