Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and close sales effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are consistently updated.
  • Engage in continuous learning and feedback to improve personal and team performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections, leveraging company-provided training resources.
  • Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and foster a respectful and inclusive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
