Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining client profile records.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures and maintain visual standards.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in fashion and industry trends.
  • Polished and well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience

1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
