Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
  • Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and inform clients about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance KPIs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through continuous learning and training.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintaining visual standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Foster an inclusive environment where all associates are treated with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

Skills

Strong work ethic and leadership skills. High energy level and team-oriented mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Polished and well-groomed appearance.

Experience

1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within the luxury sector.
