Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals and KPIs through proactive client outreach and development of new client relationships.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance KPIs.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
  • Maintain a learning attitude by seeking and receiving feedback from colleagues and management.
  • Sustain a high level of product knowledge on all collections through company-provided training resources.
  • Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual standards maintenance, and compliance with company policies.
  • Foster a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Availability for closing shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, annual inventory, and the entire holiday season.
  • Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.
