Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
  • Efficiently manage time to complete assigned tasks.
  • Represent the Bottega Veneta brand image.
  • Create engaging and emotional client experiences, offering best-in-class service.
  • Collect and update client information for efficient CRM use.
  • Embrace a clienteling culture to build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand luxury collections and fashion trends.
  • Work on silhouettes and suggest alternative items to clients.
  • Confidently advise clients on styling pieces with the creative vision in mind.
  • Maintain stock organization and monitor stock deliveries and availability.
  • Communicate out-of-stock merchandise and other relevant information promptly.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
  • Fluency in English.

Excellent client service attitude. High flexibility to adapt to various client types. Strong communication and empathetic skills. Ability to multitask and be flexible. Team player. Capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to build a strong and diversified client portfolio.

Experience

1-2 years of sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts.
