Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
  • Efficiently manage time to complete assigned tasks.
  • Uphold the Bottega Veneta brand image.
  • Deliver an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to the Bottega Veneta Client Journey.
  • Collect and update client information to optimize CRM usage.
  • Foster strong, long-term client relationships through clienteling.
  • Understand luxury fashion, collections, and trends to advise clients.
  • Work with silhouettes and suggest alternative items to enhance client discovery of the collection.
  • Confidently advise clients on styling with a creative vision.
  • Maintain stock organization and monitor inventory levels, communicating any out-of-stock items promptly.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.

Excellent client service attitude. High flexibility to adapt to various client types. Strong communication and empathetic skills. Team player. Ability to multitask and be flexible. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to build a strong and diverse client portfolio.

Experience

Previous experience in sales, particularly within the fashion and luxury sectors, is preferred.
