Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
  • Engage in continuous learning and feedback from peers and management to enhance personal and professional growth.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
  • Support store operations by assisting in opening and closing procedures, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Foster a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership abilities, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and professional appearance.
