Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
- Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize store business potential.
- Collaborate with team members by sharing information and best practices.
- Collect and update customer information for efficient CRM and Client Book use.
- Adhere to company standards and procedures.
- Maintain updated stock information and manage store-to-store transfer requests.
- Cultivate and maintain customer relationships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
