Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
  • Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize each transaction and enhance sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring client profile records are routinely updated.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through continuous learning and training.
  • Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and equitable work environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exemplary work ethic and leadership qualities. High energy and team-oriented attitude. Polished and professional appearance.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within a luxury environment.
