Client Advisor
Bottega Veneta seeks a Client Advisor in Las Vegas (Crystals) to drive sales, deliver exemplary clienteling and support store operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach, appointments and consignments.
- Execute the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques (cross-selling, multiple selling, upselling) to maximize transaction value and conversion.
- Develop, maintain and regularly update client profiles and relationships to cultivate a loyal client base.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge—technical and inspirational—across collections and communicate new arrivals, in-store events and brand initiatives to clients.
- Support store operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, cycle counts, light cleaning and maintaining visual merchandising and presentation standards.
- Foster a collegial environment by receiving and acting on feedback and by treating colleagues with dignity and respect.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, loss-prevention procedures and brand presentation guidelines.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail sales or customer-service experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with polished professional presentation.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a loyal client following through proactive clienteling.
- Available to work closing shifts (minimum three times per week), at least three Saturdays per month, two Sundays per month, annual inventory and the full holiday season.
- Physically able to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods, climb a ladder and regularly lift small packages (5–8 lbs).
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail sales or customer-service experience, preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment, with demonstrated success achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in retail, fashion or hospitality is a plus.
