Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
• Cultivate new client relationships through appointments and consignments, and inform clients about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
• Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance KPIs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections.
• Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure a respectful and fair work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Strong interest in fashion and industry trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Polished and professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
