Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach.
  • Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance client experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
  • Assist in basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintenance of store standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within luxury retail.
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a team-oriented approach.

Skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Polished and professional appearance. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within a luxury environment.
