Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring comprehensive client profile records are updated regularly.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and brand initiatives through continuous learning and training.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Adhere to company policies and foster a respectful and inclusive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a luxury or customer service-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Strong interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
