Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and relationship building.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
  • Engage in continuous learning and feedback reception to improve personal and team performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
  • Assist in store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and equitable work environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting packages.

Experience
