Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and relationship building.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
- Engage in continuous learning and feedback reception to improve personal and team performance.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Assist in store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and equitable work environment.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting packages.
