Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador of the brand, delivering a bespoke and memorable luxury client experience in‑store.
  • Identify and convert sales opportunities to contribute to boutique revenue in line with brand standards and targets.
  • Use CRM and the Client Book to capture, update and maintain customer records and follow up on prospects.
  • Apply effective selling techniques and clienteling practices to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the store team by sharing best practices and supporting daily store operations, including stock handling.
  • Uphold the Maison’s values, presentation standards and internal operating procedures at all times.

Qualifications

  • Student enrolled at Bac+3 level (third year of higher education) or higher, eligible for an internship.
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent listening ability and a polished client manner.
  • Team‑oriented, adaptable and able to work flexibly within a busy luxury retail environment.

Experience

No formal professional experience is required; previous retail or luxury customer‑facing experience is a plus and will be considered favorably.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or higher; internship placement as part of studies.
