Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new clientele via appointments and consignments.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance sales performance.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring client profile records are routinely updated and accurate.
  • Engage in continuous learning by actively seeking and receiving feedback from peers and management.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
  • Support management with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintenance tasks.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership capabilities, and team-oriented mindset.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Polished and professional appearance. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Capability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.

Experience

1-2 years of retail sales experience in a luxury or customer service-related environment.
