Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement, including client outreach, appointments, and consignments.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and improve sales metrics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
  • Continuously seek feedback and demonstrate a learning attitude to improve performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
  • Support store management with opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintaining visual standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and equitable work environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or customer service sectors.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team orientation.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Polished and professional appearance. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.

Experience

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
