Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy using effective selling techniques to maximize store business potential.
• Share information and best practices to foster solid and harmonious team relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate customer relationships through effective after-sales service.
• Efficiently collect and update customer information for CRM and Client Book utilization.
• Ensure stock information is current and execute store transfer requests accurately.
• Consistently embody the company's service values and standards.

• Proven ability to build fruitful, long-term relationships with a diverse clientele.
• Experience in sales, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving commercial success.
