Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to optimize each transaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profiles.
  • Continuously seek and incorporate feedback to enhance personal and professional growth.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
  • Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Foster a respectful and inclusive work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership abilities, and team orientation.

Skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Polished and professional appearance. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Capability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within a luxury setting.
