Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to optimize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by actively seeking feedback and engaging in training opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections, leveraging company-provided resources.
  • Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies.
  • Foster a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
  • Ability to build and sustain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team orientation.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance. Proficiency in client relationship management. Capability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within a luxury environment.
