Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in accordance with company strategy.
- Employ effective selling techniques to maximize store business potential.
- Collaborate with team members by sharing information and best practices.
- Maintain and update customer information for efficient CRM and Client Book usage.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Keep stock information current and manage store-to-store transfer requests.
- Cultivate and maintain customer relationships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with company standards.
Qualifications
- Native language proficiency is advantageous.
- 1 to 2 years of work experience required.
