Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients through clienteling.
  • Collect and update client information to optimize CRM usage.
  • Deliver an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to the Bottega Veneta Client Journey.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of luxury, collections, and fashion trends.
  • Assist clients in discovering the collection by working on silhouettes and suggesting alternative items.
  • Maintain a positive approach, contribute to teamwork, and adapt to different personalities.
  • Apply company policies, procedures, and guidelines effectively.
  • Keep stock organized, monitor deliveries and availability, and communicate out-of-stock merchandise promptly.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

Skills

Excellent client service attitude and adaptability to diverse clients. Strong communication and empathetic skills. Team player with multitasking abilities. Flexibility and capacity to work in a dynamic environment. Ability to build a strong and diversified client portfolio.

Experience

1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
