Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients through clienteling.
  • Collect and update client information for efficient CRM utilization.
  • Deliver an engaging and emotional client experience in line with Bottega Veneta's Client Journey.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of luxury, collections, and fashion trends.
  • Advise clients on silhouettes and alternative items to enhance their understanding of the collection.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, contribute to teamwork, and adapt to diverse personalities.
  • Apply company policies, procedures, and guidelines effectively.
  • Keep stock organized, monitor deliveries and availability, and communicate out-of-stock items promptly.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of previous sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.

Skills

Excellent client service attitude and flexibility to adapt to various client types. Strong communication and empathetic skills. Ability to work as a team player. Multitasking and flexibility. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Fluency in English.

Experience

1-2 years of sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts is preferred.
