Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients through clienteling.
  • Maintain and update client information efficiently using CRM systems.
  • Deliver an engaging and emotional client experience consistent with the Bottega Veneta Client Journey.
  • Demonstrate understanding of luxury, collections, and fashion trends.
  • Assist clients in exploring the collection by suggesting alternative items and silhouettes.
  • Contribute positively to team dynamics and adapt to various personalities.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Maintain organized stock, monitor deliveries and availability, and communicate out-of-stock situations promptly.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.

Skills

Excellent client service attitude with high adaptability to diverse client types. Strong communication and empathetic skills. Effective team player. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Experience

1-2 years of sales experience in fashion and luxury environments.
