Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through client outreach and development.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value.
  • Establish and maintain robust client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
  • Continuously seek and receive feedback to maintain a learning attitude.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections.
  • Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual standards, and general maintenance.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in luxury.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance. Capability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Availability for closing shifts and weekend work. Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury environment.
