Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and development of new client relationships.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections.
  • Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, visual standards, and general maintenance.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Foster an inclusive environment where all associates are treated with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Strong interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Exemplary work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Polished appearance and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Experience
