Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and developing new client relationships.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve sales metrics.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring up-to-date and comprehensive client profile records.
  • Engage in continuous learning and feedback reception from peers and management.
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
  • Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Promote a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor and lift packages regularly.
