Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and outreach.
  • Develop new client relationships through appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance sales performance.
  • Build and maintain robust client relationships, updating and managing client profiles regularly.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
  • Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and equitable work environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team orientation.

Skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance. Proficiency in using selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling. Capability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Ability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.

Experience

1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury setting.
