Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
  • Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and inform clients of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining and updating client profile records regularly.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through continuous learning and training.
  • Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintaining visual standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Foster a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a luxury or customer service environment.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team orientation.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Polished and professional appearance. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Capability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.

Experience

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
