Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance KPIs.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring meticulous maintenance of client profile records.
  • Maintain an open attitude towards continuous learning and feedback from colleagues and management.
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
  • Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while fostering a respectful and equitable work environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service field, preferably within a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated capability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Exemplary work ethic, leadership skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and professional appearance.

Skills

Advanced sales and client relationship management skills. Proficiency in utilizing selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a high level of product knowledge. Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting packages.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, with a preference for luxury retail environments.
