Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy and utilize sales techniques to maximize performance.
• Share best practices to foster a harmonious team environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate client relationships through effective after-sales service.
• Regularly collect and update client information for CRM and Client Book.
• Ensure stock information is up-to-date and manage transfer requests accurately.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure process compliance.
• Embody the brand's service values consistently.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build long-term relationships with diverse clients globally.
• Experience as a Client Advisor, ideally within the luxury sector, with a sensitivity to the ready-to-wear domain.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive in proposing commercial performance improvements.
• Ability to cross-sell across all product categories.
• Versatile and challenge-driven.
• Fluent in French and English.
