Role & Responsibilities

- Regularly collect and update client information for CRM and Client Book.
- Ensure stock information is current and manage transfer requests accurately.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and processes consistently.
- Embody the brand's service values at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with diverse clients globally.
- Experience as a Client Advisor, ideally within the luxury sector, with a passion for ready-to-wear fashion.

Experience
Previous experience in a luxury retail environment as a Client Advisor is required.
