Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in alignment with the company's strategy and employ sales techniques to maximize performance.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate client relationships through effective after-sales service.
• Regularly collect and update client information for CRM and Client Book.
• Ensure stock information is current and manage transfer requests accurately.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and processes.
• Embody the brand's service values consistently.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build long-term relationships with diverse clients globally.
• Experience as a Client Advisor, ideally within the luxury sector, with an affinity for Ready-to-Wear.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive in enhancing commercial performance.
• Ability to cross-sell across product categories.
• Versatile with a passion for challenges.
• Fluency in French and English.
