Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement, including client outreach, appointments, and consignments.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling to enhance transaction value.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are regularly updated.
  • Engage in continuous learning by seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
  • Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies.
  • Foster a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and professional appearance.
