Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement, including outreach and appointment setting.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling to enhance transaction value and close sales.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring client profile records are consistently updated.
  • Embrace a learning mindset by actively seeking and incorporating feedback from peers and management.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
  • Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Foster a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership capabilities, and team-oriented mindset.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Polished and professional appearance. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Capability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.

Experience

1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally in a luxury setting.
