Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through client outreach and development.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated.
  • Maintain a proactive learning attitude, seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
  • Sustain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintaining visual standards.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Exhibits a strong work ethic and leadership qualities.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance. Team-oriented with high energy levels. Capability to be mobile on the sales floor for prolonged periods.

Experience

1-2 years of retail sales experience in a luxury environment is preferred.
