Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through client outreach and development of new client relationships via appointments and consignments.
  • Inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating and maintaining client profile records regularly.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections using company-provided training resources.
  • Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and visual standards maintenance.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Foster an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect among all associates.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in luxury.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented mindset.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain a polished and well-groomed appearance. Proficiency in utilizing selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling.

Experience

1-2 years of previous retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
