Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by employing effective sales techniques in alignment with company strategy, maximizing store commercial potential.
- Foster a stable and harmonious team environment through information sharing and best practice dissemination.
- Cultivate client relationships through superior after-sales service and exceptional customer service.
- Efficiently collect and update client information for CRM and client book utilization.
- Maintain updated inventory information and ensure correct implementation of store transfer processes.
- Consistently uphold the company's service values and standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to establish long-term, positive relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Sales experience, with preference given to those with luxury industry experience.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proven track record of driving significant business results.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
