Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
  • Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to optimize each transaction and enhance KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about all collections through company-provided training resources.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintaining visual standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and equitable work environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

Skills

Strong work ethic and leadership abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team-oriented with high energy levels. Polished and professional appearance.

Experience

1-2 years of previous retail sales experience, ideally within the luxury sector.
