Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement and outreach.
  • Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and close sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are regularly updated.
  • Continuously seek and incorporate feedback from colleagues and management to improve performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
  • Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and equitable work environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and professional appearance.
