Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in achieving individual and collective sales and clienteling targets.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to maximize sales opportunities and identify areas for improvement.
- Motivate and engage team members, supporting their professional development.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
- Handle complaints and conflicts effectively.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
