Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the achievement of store and individual sales targets.
  • Maximize store and departmental business potential in alignment with company strategy.
  • Mentor, motivate, and retain store staff while fostering teamwork.
  • Optimize staff deployment based on business needs.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of clienteling tools.
  • Manage store image and operations in accordance with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
  • Oversee stock management to ensure merchandise and service availability.
  • Build and maintain effective, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Deliver excellence in customer service in line with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of approximately 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Fluency in French and English.

Experience
