Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Worldwide Procurement Team in monitoring store elements planning production.
  • Provide daily assistance to the Worldwide Architecture and Newness Teams on procurement processes and new supplier validation.
  • Assist regional teams in ensuring correct production and logistics timelines for new projects.
  • Verify supplier processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Support the Worldwide Procurement Team with ad hoc analyses on construction materials, furniture development, and other new creation elements.
  • Assist with daily internal reports, deliveries, and stock tracking in the internal construction library.

Qualifications

  • Student or graduate in Architecture, Economics, or Engineering.

Skills

Aesthetic sensibility with strong analytical capabilities. Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive. Teamwork and strong relational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills; AutoCAD proficiency is a plus. Fluency in English and Italian.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a background in architecture, economics, or engineering is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Economics, or Engineering.
