Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain store network project archives, including updating drawings and photo books.
  • Support the department by updating contracts and agreements, liaising with the legal department on lease agreements, AIA, and global suppliers.
  • Assist with regular project updates and reporting to Worldwide Store Planning & Finance by collecting update data.
  • Create presentations for regional project reviews and the BV Board.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to receive academic credit for this internship.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of CAD software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Initiative and self-sufficiency in task execution. Excellent communication and writing skills.

Experience

Prior architectural work experience is advantageous but not required.

Education

Current enrollment in a relevant academic program, with eligibility to receive academic credit.
