Administrative Executive
Bottega Veneta seeks an Administrative Executive in Taipei, Taiwan to support the GM (HMT) and manage branch office operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-level support to the General Manager (HMT) including complex calendar management, confidential correspondence, and detailed travel planning and itineraries.
- Act as gatekeeper for the GM's time, coordinating and prioritising requests while facilitating effective access across internal stakeholders.
- Liaise directly with Department Heads across Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan and with external corporate and strategic partners to progress GM-led initiatives.
- Consolidate business information from HMT departments for analysis and prepare executive-ready presentations and reports.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses and contribute to cross-functional projects as required.
- Oversee office administration and facilities, coordinating with external vendors and managing reception support and office supplies procurement.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' relevant administrative or executive support experience; background in retail or luxury retail is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and resolve problems swiftly.
- Strong written and verbal command of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
- Discretion handling confidential information and professional interpersonal skills for senior-level interaction.

Experience
A minimum of 5 years' experience in administrative, executive support or office operations roles; experience within retail or the luxury sector is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications or a related discipline preferred.
