Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily accounting activities, including general accounting and accruals, and collaborate with accounting teams and Controllers for monthly closures.
- Post staff cost accounting by liaising with HR administration to retrieve data via a customized interface.
- Prepare and monitor VAT monthly calculations and year-end VAT declarations in collaboration with external tax consultants.
- Support monthly withholding tax calculations and yearly declarations.
- Ensure correct maintenance of the fixed assets register.
- Support the audit process, including preparing materials for financial statement audits and coordinating with external audit teams.
- Collaborate in the preparation of the statutory financial statement annually.
- Maintain an organized and updated accounting and finance archive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance or Accounting.
- Extensive understanding of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
