Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain global event guidelines, toolkits and activation packages to ensure consistent Blancpain brand positioning and guest experience across all markets.
  • Drive and support local market implementation by advising markets, stimulating activation, and capitalizing on brand partnerships for local events.
  • Own the global events roadmap, prioritizing initiatives in close alignment with Marketing and Commercial strategies and coordinating timelines across regions.
  • Plan, oversee and execute flagship international HQ events (product launches, VIP activations, brand houses), ensuring operational excellence and brand coherence.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholder engagement with PR, Communications, Sales, Export, Product and regional teams to align objectives and inputs for each event.
  • Manage HQ event budgets, provide guidance on local budget allocation and monitor spend controls to optimize ROI.
  • Define, track and report event KPIs (brand visibility, client engagement metrics, commercial impact) and deliver post‑event performance analyses.
  • Lead, coach and develop the Events team at HQ and liaise with market event leads; select, brief and manage external agencies, vendors and production partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record (typically 5+ years) in event management within luxury goods, hospitality or high‑end consumer brands with global scope.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects and to influence senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and Product teams.
  • Strong budget management experience and a data‑driven approach to measuring event ROI and KPIs.
  • Experience managing external agencies, vendors and complex production logistics.
  • Excellent project management, organisational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and international timelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management or equivalent; relevant professional certifications are a plus.

Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
