Role & Responsibilities

  • Optimize automation processes to enhance production efficiency.
  • Conduct cost-reduction initiatives and facilitate transition to 24/7 operations.
  • Lead projects to monitor and control processes, aiming to improve production team performance and eliminate quality issues.
  • Perform technical analyses and profitability calculations to support investment strategies.
  • Participate in the operational and tactical implementation of industrial investments.
  • Promote and contribute to the continuous improvement culture driven by senior management.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering, with a focus on Production Management or Industrial Processes.
  • Strong interest in automation and proficiency in lean manufacturing principles.

Skills

Proficiency in data analysis and synthesis, including VBA or similar languages. Ability to coordinate and lead teams in a workshop environment. Excellent communication skills for reporting project progress to management.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with industrial environments and process optimization is advantageous.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering.
