Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Franchise Manager with daily tasks and occasionally support the Wholesale Director, a Wholesale Manager, and a Business Analyst.
  • Manage client requests, including quality issues, reorders, and 'Made-to-order' orders.
  • Coordinate quality issue resolutions with the Aubervilliers Workshop.
  • Oversee the deployment of visual merchandising elements in franchises.
  • Participate in CRM and communication activities with partners and relevant departments.
  • Manage international shipments and logistical needs for global partners.
  • Conduct remote training sessions and facilitate certain modules via videoconference for franchise teams.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights and hotel bookings.
  • Maintain client relationships to ensure smooth payment and delivery processes.
  • Support showroom sales twice a year by scheduling client appointments, preparing sales tools, setting up the showroom, and assisting with order taking.
  • Assist the Business Analyst with monthly performance analyses and the creation of commercial tracking dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bac +4/5).
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in another language such as Italian or Spanish is advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer tools.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Autonomous and proactive work ethic.
